Barrique

Today I trained the staff at "Barrique" in Long Island. This is a place I will be working a lot with in the future. The owner is super nice and very knowledgeable in tequila! They are putting 2 cocktails on the menu for me this week and I am so excited for this place!

It is a rainy Tuesday here and I am too lazy to cook today so I ordered dinner to-go for us tonight! Everything on the menu sounded good to me!
